How safe is CBD and does it produce a "high"?
CBD and hemp are recognized as being safe and for most people, should not produce negative side effects. it is also non-intoxicating and does not impair an individual or produce a “high.”
What does full spectrum mean?
If an extract is full-spectrum, this means it contains all phytochemicals naturally found in the plant, including CBD, trace cannabinoids, terpenes and essential oils. Full-spectrum extracts from hemp also come with a negligible THC content — below 0.3%.
